FOR CONSULTING <br />SERVICES <br />CONTINUED TO <br />FILE NUMBER <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL USE ONLY: <br />APPROVED <br />^ As Recommended <br />^ As Amended <br />^ Ordinance on 1~~ Reading <br />^ Ordinance on Intl Reading <br />^ Implementing Resolution <br />^ Set Public Hearing For <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION <br />Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager and <br />the Clerk of the Council to execute an agreement with General Learning <br />Climates, Inc. to provide consulting services in an amount not to exceed <br />$15,000. <br />DISCUSSION <br />General Learning Climates, Inc. (GLC) has provided consulting services in <br />previous years to the Public Works Agency for organizational development. <br />At this time, staff recommends entering into a new agreement with GLC to <br />work with the agency in defining organizational issues and enhancing <br />internal communications. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds are available in the Public Works Administration account for Other <br />Contractual Services (account no. 101-601-6291). <br /> <br />~ James G.
