Physically divide an established community? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />Approval of the proposed amendment to the single family <br />residential standards would not physically divide any <br />established communi ties or neighborhoods in Santa Ana, in that <br />the proposed amendment includes development standards to enhance <br />the quality of single family land uses. <br /> <br />The amendments to correct, clarify and update residential front <br />yard fences, definitions, second dwellings units, laundromats, <br />vending machines, townhouses, specific development standards and <br />Specific Development No. 40 zone district would not result in <br />significant land use impacts. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Conflict with <br />regulation of <br />adopted for <br />environmental <br /> <br />any applicable land use plan, policy, or <br />an agency with jurisdiction over the project <br />the purpose of avoiding or mitigating an <br />effect? <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />The proposed zoning ordinance amendment would be a consolidated <br />effort to amend various sections of Chapter 41 of the City's <br />Municipal Code to correct, clarify, and/or establish new <br />regulations. Approval of the proposed zoning ordinance amendment <br />would not be in conflict wi th the City's General Plan or any <br />other relevant planning programs. <br /> <br />C. Conflict with any applicable habitat conservation plan or <br />natural community plan? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />Presently, there are no habitat conservation plans or natural <br />community conservation plans established within the City of <br />Santa Ana. Therefore, approval of the proposed zoning ordinance <br />amendment would not be in conflict with any habitat conservation <br />or natural community conservation plan. <br /> <br />76a~60 <br />
