However, single-family <br />residential land uses developed under the amended standards <br />could result in increased demands for utility service systems. <br />Through the City's development review process, single-family <br />land uses developed under the amended standards would be <br />evaluated for potential impacts to utility service systems. <br /> <br />The amendments to correct, clarify and update residential front <br />yard fences, definitions, second dwellings units, laundromats, <br />vending machines, townhouses, specific development standards and <br />Specific Development No. 40 zone district would not result in <br />significant traffic and circulation impacts. <br /> <br />XVI. MANDATORY FINDINGS OF SIGNIFICANCE <br /> <br />(A) No Impact <br /> <br />The proposed amendment would not have a direct impact on any <br />plant or wildlife species or historical property in Santa Ana, <br />in that the proposed zoning ordinance amendment would not <br />directly involve any activities that would impact plant, <br />wildlife or historical properties. Through the City's <br />development review process, single-family residential land uses <br />developed under the amended ordinance would be evaluated for <br />impacts to plant, wildlife and historical properties. <br /> <br />(5) No Impact <br /> <br />Approval of the proposed zoning ordinance amendment would not <br />result in any significant cumulative impacts, in that the <br />proposed zoning ordinance does not involves any activities that <br />would result cumulative impacts to the environment. Through the <br />City's development review process, single-family residential <br />land uses developed under the amended ordinance would be <br />evaluated for impacts to plant, wildlife and historical <br />properties. <br /> <br />(C) No Impact <br /> <br />Approval of the proposed zoning ordinance amendment would not <br />cause any substantial adverse effects on human beings, in that <br />the proposed zoning ordinance amendment would not involve any <br />activities that would adversely impact human beings.
