For integrated development sites with multiple <br />underlying lots, at least one outdoor vending machine, <br />but not to exceed three (3) outdoor vending <br />machines, may be allowed per lot. Multiple outdoor <br />vending machines shall be allowed atsubject to the <br />following ratio: <br /> <br />Square footage of a lot within Number of outdoor <br />an integrated development vending machines <br />15,000 or less 1 <br />15,001--30,000 2 <br /> <br />30,001 or greater 3 <br />No more than five (5) outdoor vending machines shall be permitted <br />per integrated development site. <br /> <br />(1416)Upon removal or relocation of an outdoor vending machine, <br />the building and site area, where the outdoor vending <br />machine was located, shall be repaired to its original <br />condition within thirty (30) days from the date of removal. <br /> <br />Section 13. Section 41-199 is hereby amended to read as follows <br />(new language shown in bold, deleted language shown in strikeout for tracking <br />purposes only): <br /> <br />Sec. 41-199. Laundromats. <br /> <br />Laundromats may be permitted in the C1, C2, C3, C4 and C5 <br />districts subject to the issuance of a conditional use permit. Laundromats <br />are not permitted in any other use district. Laundromats shall comply with <br />the following development and performance standards: <br /> <br />(a) Storefront windows must be of full length type. The vertical plane of <br />the glazing should extend from the top of the floor or bulkhead to <br />the top of the finished ceiling height.
