If,you do not contact uS within the speciHed time, your <br />expected attendance will serve as you~ guarantee. Once the guaranteed <br />guest count is provided, nO reduction of guest count or billing will be <br />accepted under any circumstances. Any inc~ease to the guarantee wi:ll <br />be billed and payable the day of the eve~t. If. you~ gues~ count <br />increases withi~ 3 days of the event, a $5/person surcha~ge will apply <br />to each guest ~ove your count. <br /> <br />Initial: <br /> <br />FACILITY SETUP AND CLEANING FEE: <br /> <br />Each event is allowed a 2 hour setup and 1 hour takedown time period. <br />FOr excessive setup and cleaning, an additional charge of $375 will <br />-apply. This covers any additional breakdown of decorations/props one <br />hour after your:scheduled event's ending time. <br /> <br />Initial: <br /> <br />LrABtLITY: <br /> <br />We are not responsible for damage or loss of any items lef~ on the <br />premises Or in the parking lot prior to, during, or following your <br />function. Dama~es caused by you~ guesl and vendors are your <br />responsibili ty. <br /> <br />Initial: <br /> <br />ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES/BAR SERVICE: <br /> <br />Depending on th~ size and agreement regarding your event, S~_PAEC will <br />provide one full bar service, which includes complete set-up and break- <br />down of bar, bartender, glasses, napkins, ice and garnishes. Should <br />you require add~tional bar service, there is a $175 additional charge <br />for additional bar set-ups. All beverages must be ~upplied by SA",l~C. <br />Any special requests will be purchased by SAPAEC and served by oUr <br />staff. Beverage service is subject to the reg~lations of California <br />and alcoholic beverages will not be served to minors under any <br />circumstance. SAPAEC reserves the right to check Current <br />identification on persons appearing to be under the age of :11.. <br />Should a problem aLise, all alcohol bp-ing served will be rarnovp-d.
