Approve and adopt the Negative Declaration for Environmental Review <br />No. 2004-231. <br />2. Adopt an ordinance approving Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 2004-07. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />On March 27, 2006, the Planning Commission recommended that the City <br />Council approve and adopt the Negative Declaration for Environmental <br />Review No. 2004-231, and adopt an ordinance approving Zoning Ordinance <br />Amendment No. 2004-07 with a vote of 6:0 (Rodriguez absent) to amend <br />sections of Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana Municipal code pertaining to <br />single family development, vending machines, second dwelling units, <br />definitions, laundromats and townhouse standards. The Planning <br />Commission made no changes to the modifications outlined in the attached <br />staff report (Exhibit A). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />J y I.
