<br />" <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />Scope of Work <br /> <br />Consultant shall provide veterinary laboratory services to the Santa Ana Zoo including: <br /> <br />. Clinical laboratory testing <br />. Cytology and histopathology <br />. Consultation services <br /> <br />In providing these services Consultant shall: <br /> <br />. Furnish pick up as needed on an "on call" basis. <br />. Furnish laboratory supplies. <br />. Fax a hard copy of all laboratory results to the Santa Ana Zoo at (714) 953-7401 and <br />to the contract veterinarian. <br />. Adhere to the guidelines established by the College of American Pathologists <br />Commission on Laboratory Accreditation "Standards for Laboratory Accreditation". <br /> <br />Compensation <br /> <br />Consultant shall be compensated for its services as provided in the Fee Schedule attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A-I. City will not be charged for Consultant's pick up oflaboratory <br />samples. <br />
