Attachment A2 — Interface Control Document <br />CAD Interface — CAD Adapter: <br />CompuDyne will assist Motorola with the interface between the Motorola CAD system and the 24 Seven <br />application by using the 24Seven CAD Services adapter already installed at Santa Ana, CA. The CAD <br />Services adapter is our main pipeline for CAD messages. It consists of two components: <br />Web Services, running on IIS, which listen for messages, put the messages into a message queue <br />and reply to the sender with a summary of what was received; <br />A Queue Processor which reads the message queue determines the destination of the message, <br />inserts/updates Incidents based on the received message, inserts the message into a permanent <br />record in the database and removes messages from the queue. <br />The attached document Attachment A -2a: Santa Ana, CA CAD Interface - 24 Seven Documentation will <br />serve as a guideline to Motorola to configure their CAD system to connect to our existing interface. <br />Document includes in this attachment are: <br />• CAD Services Overview <br />• Data Dictionary Messages <br />• CAD Codes <br />No work is expected from CompuDyne unless technical issues or questions arise from Motorola. <br />PDSI — TeleStaff Interface <br />CompuDyne has designed the 24SEVEN TeleStaff Interface to work with PDSI TeleStaff 2.0 and greater. <br />CompuDyne is not compatible with older versions of PDSI TeleStaff. The interface uses the Gateway <br />Manager supplied by PDSI, utilizing the pitcher and the catcher to export TeleStaff information into an <br />XML file. The 24SEVEN TeleStaff Interface consists of two windows services to capture and process the <br />XML files produced by the catcher.
