Task 8: 24Seven Production Cutover <br />Task Description: <br />After 24Seven User Training is complete, CompuDyne will certify the 24Seven Application as operational <br />and ready for production operation and assist the City in placing the subsystem into productive use. <br />CompuDyne will support the Client remotely up to two consecutive days, not to exceed 8 hours per day. <br />System warranty of 180 days will begin following cutover. <br />Responsibilities: <br />CompuDyne responsibilities: <br />a. Notify the City staff that the 24Seven application is ready for production status. <br />b. Assist City staff in placing 24Seven into a production status. <br />c. Monitor the initial operation of 24Seven and answer any operational questions raised by the City. <br />d. Assist the training staff in utilizing the subsystem and the computer operations staff in supporting <br />the subsystem. <br />City responsibilities: <br />Is a. Place the software into production within five (5) calendar days following certification and begin <br />operational use in consultation with CompuDyne and in accordance with the Project Schedule. <br />b. Provide City personnel to be the first line of support. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task is considered complete when: <br />• 24Seven is placed into production operation. <br />Task completion will be confirmed by the City's signature on the task completion letter presented by <br />CompuDyne. <br />9 March 10, 2006 Page 17 of 19 Pages SIA Exhibit A — SOW <br />
