For more information on allowable <br />equipment categories, please refer to Appendix A: Authorized Program Expenditures. <br />Training <br />LETPP funds may be used for a range of law enforcement terrorism prevention related <br />training activities to enhance the capabilities of state and local personnel, including the <br />following: <br />Training courses on building information sharing capacities <br />Training that includes methods of target hardening <br />Training for facility security personnel <br />Training for ve <br />CBRNE threats <br />NIMS training <br />Weaponization of CBRNE agents <br />History of terrorism and social environments contributing to threats <br />Surveillance and counter - surveillance techniques <br />Identifying /assessing critical infrastructure assets, vulnerabilities, a <br />Intelligence analysis <br />Cyber security protective measures training <br />Multi- cultural training for undercover operations <br />Language training <br />Joint training with other homeland security entities (U.S. Secr <br />etc.) <br />Training on the use of interoperable communications equipment <br />
