Providing assistance with insuring that the organizational climates <br />support the values of integrity, community safety and security, community <br />participation, courteous and efficient service, and organizational growth. <br />i, <br /> <br />3. Training support. <br /> <br />Providing in-house training and team development experiences for <br />organizational executives, managers, supervisors, and employees to support the <br />transformation of services to a quality basis. <br />
