Guy, Clerk of the Council: Applicant's <br />Memorandum received March 10, 1992 in the Clerk's office <br /> <br />The following persons spoke in favor of Appeal Application 92-003: <br /> <br />Kevin Collins, 2231 Lomita <br />James Mackey, 1190 W. 23rd Street, Upland <br />Joshua Kaplan, 9171 Wilshire Blvd., Beverly Hills <br />Leo Parker, 1602 Nissan Road, #W-5, Tustin <br /> <br />Kaplan, legal counsel for the applicant, also provided the Council with an amended Exhibit <br />B.2 to replace that exhibit in Applicant's Memorandum.
