BUSINESS SESSION <br /> <br />NON-CATEGORIZED ITEMS <br /> <br />19.A. <br /> <br />APPLICATION - U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE - OPERATION WEED <br />AND SEED <br /> <br />Elba Freeman, 1019 S. Fairview, and Marco Bencom, 7701 W. McFadden, expressed <br />concern that the proposed "Weed and Seed" Program, which targets areas for intensified <br />crime and drug prevention programs, would merely displace criminal activities to adjacent <br />areas.
