<br />....... <br /> <br />...I <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />The Contractor shall provide the services set forth in this proposal. The work shall be provided <br />in accordance with the following criteria: <br /> <br />I. Contractor will provide all labor, supervision and equipment and materials needed <br />to provide all necessary custodial maintenance of The Depot at Santa Ana in the <br />City of Santa Ana per Attachment A, General Conditions, and Attachment B, <br />Special Conditions for Custodial Maintenance. <br /> <br />2. Contractor shall obtain within five (5) days of executing this contract, a current <br />City of Santa Ana Business Permit and shall maintain a current business permit <br />throughout the term of said contract. <br /> <br />3. Contractor agrees that his employee will not permit access into The Depot at <br />Santa Ana by any unauthorized persons. <br /> <br />4. Contractor agrees to conform to all applicable Federal and State Occupational <br />Safety and Health Act standards in the performance of custodial maintenance. <br /> <br />5. Whenever a question as to the meaning of any portion of the specifications is in <br />dispute or where there may be more than one interpretation given to any portion <br />of the specifications, the interpretation by the City of Santa Ana shall be final. <br /> <br />6. Ifthe Contractor fails to provide services as per specifications, the City of Santa <br />Ana shall have the right to contract for said deficiencies and bill back the <br />incumbent Contractor. <br /> <br />COMPENSATION <br /> <br />City will pay and Contractor agrees to accept as full payment for its services Seven Thousand <br />Eight Hundred Dollars ($7,800.00) per month, for a total of Ninety Three Thousand, Six <br />Hundred Dollars ($93,600.00) annually. <br /> <br />Contractor shall submit to City, a detailed invoice for extra cleaning services, as set forth in <br />Attachment "E", and any other cleaning services not covered in this Agreement. Compensation <br />for said extra cleaning services shall not exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) annually. <br /> <br />9 <br />
