Meters are used to measure the high- <br />volume water usage of fire hydrants. Performance Meters, Inc. has been a <br />provider of fire hydrant meters, supplies, and accessories at competitive <br />prices. <br />The purchase of the fire hydrant meters, supplies, and accessories, when <br />added to the vendor's fiscal purchases will exceed the $10,000 aggregate <br />limit, and requires Council approval.
