Result in inadequate emergency access <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br />As part of the City's development review process, the proposed <br />project was reviewed by the Police Department and the Fire <br />Department to ensure adequate emergency access. According the <br />Police Department and Fire Department no adverse emergency <br />access impacts would be associated with the proposed project. <br />F. Result in inadequate parking capacity <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br />The City's parking standards require that 140 parking spaces be <br />provided. The proposed project is providing 140 parking spaces. <br />No adverse parking impacts are anticipated. <br />G.
