EXHIBIT C <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS <br />1. The City of Santa Ana requires a commercial general liability policy with a <br />combined single limit of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000.00). <br />2. An "Additional Insured Endorsement" must be attached to the Insurance <br />Certificate naming the City of Santa Ana, its officers, agents, employees and <br />volunteers as additional insured. A copy of the recommended form is hereby <br />attached. The Additional Insured Endorsement shall be primary and non- <br />contributory to insurance or self-insurance carried by the City of Santa Ana. <br />3. The policy must contain a promise of thirty (30) days written notice of <br />cancellation. A notice of cancellation which is less than thirty (30) days shall <br />only be acceptable if it pertains to a one-time event, the date of which is <br />occurring within that notice period. For example, a certificate of insurance <br />containing a ten (10) day notice of cancellation received on March Sth for an <br />event taking place on March 12th. <br />4. Clauses in the Certificate of Insurance which are not acceptable and must be <br />crossed out contain the following wording: "endeavor to .. "; and, "but failure to <br />mail such notice shall impose no obligation or liability of any kind upon the <br />company, Its agents or representatives". <br />
