Assist 8 unduplicated Santa Ana residents with transitional housing for 12 months. <br /> <br />2. Provide 8 clients case management, along with supportive services for 12 months. <br /> <br />3. Provide 3 classes monthly regarding money managementlbudgeting and encourage <br />Clients to save 70% of their income after expenses for permanent housing. <br /> <br />INSTRUCTIONS <br /> <br />I. Make sure that the goals and objectives that are listed on this page are quantifiable (measurable) for <br />Santa Ana residents onlv who are being funded by the approved program. <br /> <br />2. Where appropriate, include timeframe in which goals and objectives will occur. <br /> <br />xx number of meals delivered xx times a day <br />xx number of performances <br />xx number of people sheltered for xx days <br />xx number of people counseled <br />xx number of trips (for transportation) for xx days <br /> <br />3.
