POPULATION TO BE SERVED <br />1.1 The population to be served Consists of CalWORKs Welfare-To-Work <br />(WTW) participants who: <br />1.1.1 Are deemed suitable for this activity by ADMINISTRATOR; <br />1.1.2 Have not found unsubsidized employment sufficient to meet <br />minimum required hours of participation; <br />1.1. 3 Continue to meet Ca 1 WORKs fi nanci ale 1 i gi bi 1 i ty criteri a; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />1.1.4 Currently reside within the city limits of Santa Ana. <br />1.2 CONTRACTOR agrees to serve only participants in the CalWORKs WTW <br />Program referred to CONTRACTOR by COUNTY under this Agreement. It is mutually <br />understood that all services are for the purpose of WTW participants achieving <br />self-sufficiency within the CalWORKs time constraints. <br />1.3 CalWORKs participants will be required to participate in Community <br />Service activities for the required 32/35 hours. unless fewer hours of <br />Community Service participation are required by law. <br />2.
