PERFORMANCE REVIEW <br />9.1 ADMINISTRATOR may use a vari ety of methods to eva 1 uate <br />CONTRACTOR's performance including, but not limited to; <br />9.1.1 Random sampling of program activities including a review <br />of case files: <br />9.1.2 Activity checklists and random observations; <br />9.1.3 Inspection of output items on a periodic basis as deemed <br /> <br />necessary; <br /> <br />9.1.4 Management Information Systems (MIS) reported results: <br />9.1.5 WTW participant complaints and/or WTW participant <br />questionnaires; and <br />9.1.6 Subcontractor complaints or reports. <br />9.2 ADMINISTRATOR may require CONTRACTOR to provide office space for <br />designated ADMINISTRATOR' staff assigned to conduct performance reviews. <br />9.3 In the event that CONTRACTOR performs servi ces unsati sfactori ly, <br />ADMINISTRATOR may require a corrective plan.
