STAFF <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR. through the WIS. shall be responsible for providing <br /> <br />9 competent staff to fulfill the terms of this Agreement. Contractor shall <br />10 provide an adequate number of bilingual staff as needed to provide services. <br />11 All CONTRACTOR's staff shall be able to read. write. speak and understand <br />12 English. CONTRACTOR shall provide the following described staff positions: <br /> <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br /> <br />13.1 Intake Specialist <br />13. 1.1 Duties: <br />13.1.1.1 Assist technical and professional staff who <br /> <br />16 administer various federally funded workforce development and training <br />17 programs. Coordi nate appoi ntments to meet wi th c 1 i ents for techni ci ans and <br /> <br />18 <br />19 <br /> <br />case managers. <br /> <br />Contact c 1 i ents after placement to determi ne status. and <br /> <br />monitors performance. <br /> <br />Assist with coordination of training and special <br /> <br />20 events. which includes locating training sites. notifying participants and <br />21 making any necessary special arrangements. Maintain database and information <br />22 pertaining to workforce development activities and generates reports as <br />23 required. <br />24 13. 1. 2 Qua 1 ifi cat ions: <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br />13.1.2.1 One year of work experience involving <br /> <br />26 substantial public contact. in personnel. human services. or workforce <br />27 development programs. <br /> <br />28 <br /> <br />13.1. 2.2 Knowl edge of workforce development trai ni ng <br /> <br />(WBC0406) <br /> <br />8 of 11 <br /> <br />(April 19. 2006) <br />
