College level coursework in related subjects may be used in <br />20 combination with experience to meet the necessary qualifications. <br />21 13.6.2.2 Knowl edge of objecti ves, practi ces and <br />22 procedures and state and federal regulations pertaining to workforce <br />23 development programs, including Welfare-To-Work; employment markets and <br />24 trends; public and private agencies providing resources to assist with <br />25 workforce development; principles and practices of marketing, public relations <br />26 and strategies for community outreach; principles and practices of contract <br />27 implementation and monitoring; methods of data collection and analysis; <br />28 budgeting methods and processes; principles and practices of supervision. <br /> <br />(WBC0406) <br /> <br />11 of 11 <br /> <br />(April 19, 2006) <br />
