Attachment A <br />Overview, Continued <br />Eligible Eligible subgrant recipients, referred to as subgrantees, differ for each <br />Subgrant program. Appendix A contains the list of eligible subgrantees for each <br />Recipients and program, and the allocation of funds to each subgrantee. All subgrantees are <br />Allocations encouraged to coordinate with Indian Tribal Governments to ensure that <br />Tribal needs are considered in the subgrantees' applications. <br />NOTE: Subgrantees may contract with any other public or private <br />organization to perform eligible activities on approved projects. <br />Subgrant Following is a list of subgrant related due dates for HSGP 05: <br />Related Due <br />Dates <br />October 1, 2004 <br />Beginning of the Performance Period and the fast <br />date of eligible subgrant activities and costs. <br />March 4, 2005 <br />Subgrant Initial Strategy Implementation Plan (ISIP) <br />must be complete using the United States <br />Department of Homeland Security's on -line Grant <br />Management System. <br />July 15, 2005 <br />Subgrant Biannual Strategy Implementation Reports <br />January 15, 2006 <br />(BSIRs) must be complete using the US DHS online <br />July 15, 2006 <br />Grant Management System. If this date falls on a <br />January 15, 2007 <br />Saturday, Sunday, state or federal holiday, the due <br />date is close of business the first work day after the <br />weekend or holiday. <br />December 31, 2006 <br />End of subgrantee Performance Period and the last <br />day of eligible subgrant activities and costs.
