The contract <br />provides for regularly scheduled plant maintenance which includes watering, <br />fertilizing, pruning, trimming, insect or disease treatment, cleaning, <br />dusting and polishing. Distressed plants are replaced at no cost to the <br />City. <br />The notice inviting bids was advertised on May 10 and 12, 2006, and bids <br />were solicited.
