<br />A-;;[OJ-j.-JC1-tU <br /> <br />eJ: (l.,b;'l-I,;).) <br />(D. 504) <br /> <br />SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into on May 31, <br />2006, by and between Families Together of Orange County ("Consultant") and the City <br />of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"). <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />A The parties entered into Consultant Agreement A-2004-202, dated October 4,2004, <br />(hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided instruction in <br />computer technology for residents living in the Weed & Seed area. <br /> <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />amend said Agreement to decrease the compensation available for provision of <br />services, in order that Consultant may increase its reading readiness program. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this <br />Second Amendment to Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />I. Section 2.a., COMPENSA nON, shall be amended to decrease compensation by <br />$1,800.00 for a total not to exceed amount of$14,200.00. <br /> <br />2.
