<br />A-').()cfj -Od-i-ol <br /> <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into on June 30, <br />2006, by and between Johnson Frank and Associates, Inc., a California corporation <br />("Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the <br />State of California ("City"). <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />A. The parties entered into Consultant Agreement A-2005-027, dated March 3, 2005, <br />(hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided aerial mapping and <br />digital surveying services <br /> <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />extend the term of said Agreement. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this <br />First Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />I. Section 3, TERM, shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: <br /> <br />"This Agreement shall commence on March 3, 2005 and terminate upon expenditure <br />of allocated funds." <br /> <br />2.
