The City entered into, Agreement # 2001-057, dated October 1,2001, with <br />Consultant by which Consultant has provided security guard services at the Santa Ana <br />Transportation Depot, Santa Ana Zoo at Prentice Park, City Hall and Corporate Yard <br />(hereinafter "said Agreement"). <br /> <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />include a rate schedule for security guard services. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement and all Amendments thereof, <br />except those amended in this Amendment to Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as <br />follows: <br /> <br />I. Section 2, COMPENSATION, shall be amended to delete the reference to Exhibit A <br />to said Agreement and include a new rate schedule, attached hereto as Exhibit A-I. <br />Said section shall read, in full, as follows: <br /> <br />"City agrees to pay and Consultant agrees to accept, as total payment for its services, <br />the rates and charges set forth in Exhibit A-I, attached hereto. The total amount to be <br />expended to provide security services for the Depot at Santa Ana, Corporate Yard, Santa <br />Ana Zoo at Prentice Park and to provide security services during Homeland Security <br />Alerts and a continuous fire watch at City Hall, shall not exceed $313,040.00, during the <br />term from December 1,2005 through November 30,2006." <br /> <br />2.
