Attachment C <br />Fiscal Year 2005 Authorized Equipmen List <br />The 2005 Authorized Equipment List (AEL) provides information on allowab <br />expenditures for the State Homeland Security Program (SIISP), the Law Enfo <br />Prevention Program (LETPP), the Metropolitan Medical Response System (M <br />Emergency Management Performance Grant (EMPG), and the Citizens Corps <br />item in the AEL is marked for applicability to appropriate programs. Where a <br />AEL also provides reference to corresponding items in the 2004 Standardized <br />(SEL) published by the InterAgency Board for Equipment Standardization am <br />SEL items are published with additional information such as desirable feature: <br />considerations, and references to standards. Applicants are encouraged to con <br />more detailed information whenever an SEL reference is provided. Note that <br />single AEL item may incorporate multiple SEL items. For example, the AEL <br />1994 Class 1 Ensemble as an allowable item. The SEL provides additional de <br />specific required and optional components. In these cases, a note will be melt <br />SEL Reference Number to specify exactly which items are included. <br />Complete interactive versions of both the AEL and SEL are available on -line <br />Knowledge Base (RK13) at www.rkb.mipt.org. Hard copies of the SEL may b <br />www.iab.gov.
