This contract included maintenance f medians, neighborhood <br />monument/entry areas, water reservoir facilities and arterial sidewalk <br />areas citywide. <br />Staff solicited proposals for maintenance servic s. Eight proposals were <br />sent out and two firms submitted proposals. committee comprised of <br />Public Works Agency staff reviewed the proposals. The final scores for <br />the two firms are as follows: <br />Firm <br />1. Midori Gardens <br />Score Routine Maintenance Fee <br />99 <br />2. TruGreen Landcare 84 <br />The firms were rated based on capability, ea <br />performance and cost. Based on the above sc <br />three-year agreement with Midori Gardens wi <br />extensions.
