A detailed <br />breakdown of the proposed fees is also attached for your inlormation and use in evaluating this <br />proposal. These fees should be considered as a negotiable offer. Outside Agency fees are not included. Work <br />would be performed per a contract similar to our present on-call contract with the City. <br /> <br />We welcome the opportunity to discuss additions, deletions and alternatives, as required, with City <br />staff.
