It is important that you understand who will be accomplishing <br />your work. We have listed below those people who will comprise the team that will provide the services for your <br />Project. <br />City of Santa Ana Building Committee will be responsible to the Project Architect for attending meetings to <br />act as an integral part of the design team to react to, critique, suggest, and validate the Architect's work as the <br />work progresses, through completion of the Project Design Documents. <br />ARCHITECTS <br />Donald J. Mr. Gillis <br />will be the direct contact with the City of Santa Ana throughout the Project; he will be the Project Architect with <br />overall responsibility for the Project from start to finish. He will chair all meetings with the City of Santa Ana <br />Building Committee. <br />Jack Panichapan, Project Architect, of Gillis 0 Associates Architects, Inc. has over 15 years of experience, ranging <br />from small scale buildings to complete City Campus Master Planning. As a Senior Associate of G&A, Jack is <br />responsible for the creative output of the company, and the design process for clients such as the City of Santa Ana <br />On Call Services — Seven (7) Fire Station Improvements, City of Paramount — Clearwater Building Tenant <br />Improvement Project, and the Water Replenishment District of Southern California's 20,000SF Administrative <br />Tenant Improvement Project. Jack will be a key member during each phase of the project —beginning with the <br />initial approved Concept Design all the way through Construction Observation -- as the Project Architect. <br />Pertinent Expgrience: <br />Gillis 0 Associates Architects, Inc., established in 1989, is a full -service Architectural and Interior Design fii <br />specializing in municipalities and public work projects.
