We have listed below those people who will comprise the team that will provide the services for your Project. City of Santa Ana Building Committee will be responsible to the Project Architect for attending meetings to act as an integral part of the design team to react to, critique, suggest, and validate the Architect's work as the work progresses, through completion of the Project Design Documents. Mr. Gillis will be the direct contact with the City of Santa Ana throughout the Project; he will be the Project Architect with overall responsibility for the Project from start to finish. He will chair all meetings with the City of Santa Ana Building Committee. Jack Panichapan, Project Architect, of Gillis 0 Associates Architects, Inc. has over 15 years of experience, ranging from small scale buildings to complete City Campus Master Planning. As a Senior Associate of G&A, Jack is responsible for the creative output of the company, and the design process for clients such as the City of Santa Ana On Call Services — Seven (7) Fire Station Improvements, City of Paramount — Clearwater Building Tenant Improvement Project, and the Water Replenishment District of Southern California's 20,000SF Administrative Tenant Improvement Project. Jack will be a key member during each phase of the project —beginning with the initial approved Concept Design all the way through Construction Observation -- as the Project Architect.
