Rent or User Fee: <br />The program will use Love & Laughter Recording Studios to provide project <br />activities on specifically designated days/hours for Anaheim. The recording facility <br />will rent studio time \0 CLAMA at $75.00/per hour. Estimated weekly use of the <br />studio is 20-hours/per week@$75,OO/hour =$ 1500/per week x 4weeks= <br />$6OOO/month. The project will use all of the 3000 square feet of the studio, Love & <br />Laughter Recording will in-kind $4958.341per month of the total cost for use of the <br />studio.and equipment. The grant funds will pay $l04l.661per month to service <br />participants at the studio facility. This amount willl!Q! include costs for ntilities, <br />phone, fax. etc. <br /> <br />2. Utilities: <br />Partial utilities expenses for the studio in Anaheim. Estimated costs are approximately <br />$150.00 per month. $150.00/month x 12 months = 1800.00/year, <br /> <br />3. Phn_: <br />Phones for both the Administrative offices in La Mirada, and the studio facility in <br />Anaheim are estimated at $83.33/per month. $83.33x12 months=$IOOO.OO. <br /> <br />4. Internet Fees: <br />Internet charges for high speed internet at the Anaheim facility are estimated to cost <br />$25.00/per month. $25.00X12-months= $300.00/per year. <br /> <br />5.1"...........". Fees: <br />liability Insurance is required by the contract with the City of Santa Ana. The current <br />rate for liability insurance costs is $1300.00/per year, <br /> <br />6.Eqp.ipmPnt pnrPhalUllfil: <br />Since RYTMO requires consistent updating of it's technology to maintain it's <br />occupational training \0 youth. the latest in music computers and software updates is <br />necessary for the program to be effective. <br />The program will purchase an additional music work station comprised of an Apple <br />lMAC computer. The approximate cost of this computer is $1200.00 <br /> <br />7. 0fFl<0.. ElIpen_: <br />Administrative and Project general office supplies are estimated at $93.33/per <br />participant X 3D-participants = $2800.00/per year. <br /> <br />8. Acconntmr Services: <br />CLAMA/Project RYTMO utilizes the services of an independent CPA to review and <br />prepare all bookkeeping records and reports.
