<br />ADDENDUM NO.2 <br />REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR PROVIDING A FOOTBALL/SOCCER <br />SCOREBOARD AND MARQUEE AT THE SANTA ANA STADIUM <br /> <br />RFP Reference No. 06-091 PRCSA <br />Date Due: August 16, 2006, 5:00 P.M. <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of Santa Ana, Parks, Recreation and Community Services <br />Agency has made certain modifications, additions, and/or deletions, in the specifications to RFP <br />No. 06-091 PRCSA This addendum shall become a part of the original Request for Proposal <br />due by 5:00 p.m. on August 16,2006. <br /> <br />This addendum is provided as a result of new information that was received regarding changes to <br />the construction schedule for the proposed project. <br /> <br />L Section II to be revised to add the following: Contractor's access to the Stadium for <br />the purpose of constructing and installing the new scoreboard will begin on December 4, <br />2006 and will end on December 31, 2006, with the exception of the following dates: <br />Friday, December 8 and Saturday, December 9 (for City's Annual Children's Winter <br />Holiday Party); Friday, December 22 and Monday, December 25 (all City departments <br />will be closed in observance of the Christmas holiday). <br /> <br />Prior to December 8, the contractor shall be required to provide construction fencing at <br />the north end of the stadium to shield access to the area/equipment. If a crane is utilized <br />by the contractor prior to December 8, the contractor shall be responsible for smoothing <br />out any ruts caused to the field to prevent any trip and fall hazards at the Children's <br />Winter Holiday Party event to be held on December 9.
