The proposed Scope of Work <br />(SOW) below outlines Rocket Launch's role in building and executing an advertising and PR plan <br />aimed at increasing awareness, event attendance, online registration and other objectives. <br />The following SOW represents a bank of 128 hours (tracked at our standard rate of $195/hr). <br />Incremental support needed beyond this bank of hours will be negotiated and billed separately, <br />based on our agency's standard hourly rate. <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Below is the scope of work that Rocket Launch anticipates as part of the marketing strategy to <br />support three (3) City of Santa Ana initiatives: <br />1. CULTURA Magazine [driving awareness of the magazine + increase subscriptions] <br />2. Tet Festival (Jan 25, 2025) [driving awareness of the event + attendance] <br />3. Santa Ana Fun Run (May 17, 2025) [increasing event registrations / participation] <br />**NOTE: this proposal is based on a bank of 128 agency hours. The initiatives above are subject <br />to change as needed by the City, with the ability to reallocate hours to support any three <br />initiatives <br />1) CULTURA Magazine (Paid Advertising Consultation, Strategy & Execution) = 38.5 hours <br />o Consult with client to develop two (2) one -month ad campaigns (Jan/Feb & June) <br />to promote signups. Strategic planning to include: <br />o Plan to secure/negotiate media and media buying <br />o Ad trafficking and monitoring <br />o Ad creative development strategy <br />o Likely to include an emphasis on digital advertising (specifically Meta and display) <br />o Develop and refine target audiences for each paid advertising channel <br />o Execution of ad placements, monitoring and adjusting as needed throughout <br />campaign <br />o Campaign reporting and analytics <br />
