I am a retired Police Sergeant with 29 years of law enforcement experience including 15 years of investigative experience and six years of polygraph experience. Objective: My objective is to provide pre -employment polygraph services to support the Santa Ana Police Department's hiring process and enhance its ability to screen applicants while maintaining the department's specific risk management guidelines to hire personnel for critical law enforcement roles. I am committed to providing these services in a timely, professional manner while adhering to current polygraph methodology and practices. Each polygraph examination follows current investigative standards and complies with state and federal regulations. Services: Law Enforcement Pre -Employment Testing (LEPET) — interview and perform polygraph examinations to assess an applicants' truthfulness on specific topics relevant to the position to include criminal history, drug use, workplace honesty, and areas of concern identified by background investigators. All examinations will be documented on a report accurately and without delay for the applicants' background file. Pre -employment interview/polygraph: $300.00 Follow-up interview/single issue resolution: $100.00 Confidentiality: PPS understands and respects the sensitivity of applicant information and admissions. I ensure the utmost confidentiality and the systematic handling of information throughout the examination process. All interviews and examinations are video recorded and will be maintained for two years.
