AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br />A-2003-020 <br /> <br /> THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered ~nto th~s 3 day of Febroary, 2003, by and between H~spamc Business <br />Consultants ("Contractor") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation duly organized and <br />existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"). <br /> <br />RECIIALS <br /> <br /> A. The City and Contractor entered into that certain Agreement dated June 17, 2002, hereinafter referred to as <br />"said Agreement", to provide entrepreneurial training to Spanish speaking dislocated workers and the Latino <br />community for starting their own businesses. <br /> <br /> B. The parties hereto now desire to amend the "City's Obligations" amount found in Section 2 of said <br />Agreement. <br /> <br /> WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutuaI and respective covenants and promises hereinafter contained and <br />made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, the parties hereto do <br />hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. The "City's Obligation" section of said Agreement will be amended to read: <br /> <br />"...a sum not to exceed $45~000.00" <br /> <br /> 2. Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full <br />force and effect. <br /> <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment to said Agreement the date and <br />year first above written. <br /> <br />Patrici: E.
