9. Plan reviewer to verify that: job description, square footages, occupancy <br />classifications and the type of construction on the plans and the permit application are <br />the same. <br />10. Initial plan review to be done within 16 working days and recheck within 6 working <br />days. <br />11. Deferred submittals, trusses, stairs, curtain walls, etc. to be done on an hourly rate of <br />$85.00/hour. <br />12. Consultant fee for structural plan review services to be 40% of the plan check fee that <br />City of Santa Ana charges. <br />
