The parties entered into a Maintenance and Support Agreement (hereinafter "said <br />Agreement") by which Consultant has provided computer hardware and software <br />support and maintenance for the City's Stratus ftServer in Fire Dispatch. <br /> <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />renew said Agreement for an additional one-year period. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this <br />Second Amendment to Consultant Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />I. Consultant shall perform hardware and software support and maintenance for the <br />Santa Ana Fire Department's ftServer as set forth in Exhibit A-I to First Amendment <br />to Agreement. <br /> <br />2. City agrees to pay and Consultant agrees to accept as total payment for its services, an <br />annual fee of $1 0,272.00 for services provided from July I, 2006 through June 30, <br />2007. <br /> <br />3.
