Public Works, Planning and Building, Parks, Recreation and <br />Community Services, and Community Development Agencies process numerous <br />citywide projects that require reproduction of engineering drawings sized <br />up to 36" X 48". Architectural plans are microfilmed onto 35mm film and <br />pictures and plans mounted on foam core. The Library, Personnel Services <br />and Police Department utilize reprographic services for training <br />presentations and brochures with color photos and spiral bookbinding. In <br />addition, personnel records are scanned onto CD's for archiving. The <br />specialized services are not available in-house because of the size of some <br />original documents, the process of record archiving or specialized print <br />processes required. <br />22D-1 <br />
