SEPTEMBER 25, 2006 <br />PAGE 1 OF 5 <br />Conditions for Approval <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 2006-14 is approved subject to compliance to <br />the reasonable satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable <br />sections of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the California Administrative <br />Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform Building Code, and all other <br />applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed <br />below prior to exercising the rights conferred by this conditional use <br />permit. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below <br />throughout the life of the conditional use permit. Failure to comply with <br />each and every condition may result in revocation of the conditional use <br />permit. <br />A. Planning Division <br />1. Comply with all conditions and requirements from the <br />Development Review Committee (DRC) for the development project <br />(DP2004-91) . <br />2. Any amendment to this conditional use permit must be submitted <br />to the Planning Division for review. At that time, staff will <br />determine if administrative relief is available or the <br />conditional use permit must be amended. <br />3. The buildings shall be of wood or steel construction with a <br />quality and durable exterior materials as shown on the <br />architectural plans, material boards and material <br />specifications submitted for this project. Exterior materials <br />shall include a real stone product on the facade of the first <br />three floors of the building. <br />4. The exterior east wall shall be reviewed in detail for <br />potential aesthetic improvements, and/or the potential for <br />temporary signage. Additionally, plant material should be <br />included on the roof deck that may spill over the wall to <br />soften the hard edges of the top floors of the architecture. <br />5. Prior to issuance of building permits, the interior building <br />amenities shall be submitted for review by the Planning <br />EXHIBIT 9 <br />75A-23 <br />
