The lighting and landscape plan and design will <br />be reviewed by the Planning Division during the plan check <br />phase. <br />18. Prior to issuance of building permits, the exterior building <br />amenities, specifically for the roof deck area, as well as <br />materials and finishes, and roof deck railings, and <br />accessibility shall be submitted for review and approval by <br />the Planning Division. This submittal shall include landscape <br />and hardscape details, as well as furniture, any proposed <br />water feature, and/or any recreational amenity. <br />19. Prior to issuance of building permits, details regarding each <br />unit's access to the roof deck, as well as elevator <br />specifications, shall be submitted for review and approval by <br />the Planning Division. <br />20. Prior to issuance of building permits, details of the <br />building's security feature for visitors to contact individual <br />units for entry shall be submitted to the Planning Division <br />and Police Department for review and approval. <br />21. Prior to issuance of building permits, submit for review a <br />plan outlining the design of the fire access location, as well <br />as automatic fire sprinklers, fire alarms, and standpipe <br />systems. <br />22. Prior to issuance of building permits, submit a plan for <br />review indicating the location of utility vaults, <br />transformers, check valves, air conditioning units, and gas <br />and water meters. These appurtenances shall be screened from <br />public view and be integrated into the building's <br />architecture. <br />23. Prior to issuance of building permits, submit a plan for <br />review indicating the location of all water heaters. These <br />mechanical items are to be within the footprint of the <br />building. <br />24. Prior to issuance of building permits, submit a Historic <br />American Building Survey (HABS) related to the historic ghost <br />sign on the easterly adjacent building that is completed by a <br />qualified Architectural Historian to the Planning Division for <br />review and archival purposes. <br />75A-26 <br />
