<br />INSURANCE NOT REQUIRED <br />WORK MAY PROCEED <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />DATE: /- 'I- 0 '1 <br />a: (Rmo.I>eI)(Z)( Reov ;Ooh) <br /> <br />N-2004-035-04 <br /> <br />FOURTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br />THIS FOURTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into this 29'" day <br />of December 2006, by and between Liebert, Cassidy, Whitmore, a Professional <br />Corporation ("Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation of the State of California ("City"). <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />A. The pariies entered into Agreement N-2004-03 dated January I, 2004, (hereinafter <br />"said Agreement") by whieh Consultant has provided employee training in public <br />employment law, process and procedures. <br /> <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />extend the term of said Agreement to allow for additional training. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenams contained in said Agreement, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this <br />Fourth Amendment to Agreement, the pariies agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the termination date one year, to <br />December 31, 2007. <br /> <br />2.
