Approve and adopt the Negative Declaration for Environmental Review <br />No. 2006-74. <br />2. Adopt an ordinance approving Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 2006-03. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />On July 24, 2006, the Planning Commission recommended that the City <br />Council approve and adopt the Negative Declaration for Environmental <br />Review No. 2006-74 and adopt an ordinance approving Zoning Ordinance <br />Amendment No. 2006-03 by a vote of 3:1 (Leo opposing, Gartner and Lutz <br />absent) to amend Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code to establish <br />new regulations for Superstore retail uses. The Planning Commission made <br />no changes to the modifications outlined in the attached staff report <br />(Exhibit A). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />Ja M.
