REQUEST <br />The proposed project is a request to amend the City of Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code to establish an ordinance to define and regulate <br />"Big Box" retail uses. <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br />The proposed amendment to the Municipal Code would establish a <br />definition and regulations for the operation of "Big Box" retail <br />uses. The regulations would establish location criteria as a <br />conditionally permitted use.
