Environmental Review No. 2004-234 <br />January 22, 2007 <br />Page 2 <br />To address these concerns, additional studies were completed by <br />consultants, and the Mitigated Negative Declaration was amended and <br />supplemented with these additional resources (Exhibit 4). <br />The additional studies include: <br />• "Aesthetic Impact Evaluation", Kaplan Chen Kaplan, December 26, <br />2006 (Exhibit 5) <br />• "Klaus Parking Systems Sound Meter Measurements", December 8, 2006 <br />(Exhibit 6) <br />• "Project Construction Vibration Recommendations", Snyder-Langston <br />letter, December 12, 2006 (Exhibit 7) <br />• "Geotechnical Recommendations for Settlement Monitoring of Adjacent <br />Buildings", Albus-Keefe & Associates, December 20, 2006 (Exhibit 8) <br />The additional analysis of the studies noted above include the evaluation <br />of the architecture on the area aesthetics, the impacts of the Klaus <br />parking system, and any potential impact to adjacent buildings from <br />construction activities. No new impacts were identified.
