which might have an adverse physical effect on the <br />environment. <br />No Impact <br />A roof deck is proposed that will allow for additional <br />recreational space for residents. No adverse impacts would <br />occur as a result of these new recreation facilities. <br />XIV. TRANSPORTATION/TRAFFIC <br />A. Cause an increase in traffic, which is substantial in <br />relation to the existing traffic load and capacity of the <br />street system? <br />B. Exceed, either individually or cumulatively, a level of <br />service standard established by the county congestion <br />management agency for designated roads or highways? <br />Less than significant impacts <br />It is projected that implementation of this proposed project <br />would result in an increase of 80 daily trips with a four A.M. <br />peak hour trips and seven P.M. peak hour trips. This is not <br />considered a substantial increase to existing traffic load and <br />capacity of the street system. <br />The Circulation Element of the City of Santa Ana states that <br />minimum acceptable Level of Service to be a "E" for major <br />intersections in the City. This is above and beyond what is <br />required by the County's Congestion Management Plan. This <br />project would have a less than significant impact to Level of <br />Service. <br />C. Result in a change in air traffic patterns, including <br />either an increase in traffic levels or a change in <br />location that results in substantial safety risks? <br />No Impact <br />The project area is not within the John Wayne Airport's Planning <br />Area, and does not include any proposed helipads/heliports. No <br />impact will result. <br />D. Substantially increase hazards to a design feature <br />$~~4~~ <br />
