Agreement with Schindler <br />for Elevator Improvements <br />Design and Construction a <br />February 5, 2007 <br />Page 3 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />Elevator Corporation <br />and Modernization <br />t the Santa Ana Depot <br />In accordance with California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed <br />project is exempt from further review per section 15301 (d), which <br />allows repair and restoration of deteriorated or damaged mechanical <br />equipment for the purpose of meeting current standards for public health <br />and safety.
