Ensure that NIMS training is <br />part of the program for all new <br />employees, recruits and first <br />responders who have a direct <br />role in emergency <br />preparedness, incident <br />management, or response. <br /> <br />. The NIMS Integration Center is <br />working to establish a <br />mechanism that will allow State <br />and local jurisdictions direct <br />access to course completion <br />data.
