The parties entered into Consultant Agreement A-2006-27 I , dated October 3, 2006, <br />(hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided aerial mapping and <br />digital surveying services <br /> <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to <br />increase compensation to pay for additional mapping and surveying services. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this <br />First Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />I. Section 3, COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase compensation by <br />$20,000 for a total not to exceed amount of $220,000.00. <br /> <br />2.
