Bristol in the amount of $620,000; <br />Panagon Family LTD Partnership for the purchase of the <br />residential property located at 814 S. Bristol in the amount <br />of $610,000; <br />Retha A. Luckey for the purchase of the residential property <br />located at 1306 W. Raymar in the amount of $630,000; <br />Alejandro Ramos for the purchase of the residential property <br />located at 1301 W. Richland in the amount of $600,000; <br />Julio & Leticia Rivera for the purchase of the residential <br />property located at 1302 Willits in the amount of $640,000; <br />Valentina Ruiz for the purchase of the residential property <br />located at 430 S. Bristol in the amount of $565,000; <br />Barbara Farkas for the purchase of the residential property <br />located at 818 S.
